The rooms offer an enormous, extremely comfortable bed with drink-making facilities and a fabulous view. The service was very service-minded, although there seemed to be some problems applying the basic principles of customer service. The dining experience provided reasonable prices and included options like hamburgers. The hotel is close to all attractions and in a bustling pub.

This hotel has a fabulous view of the area and new facilities. The rooms are spacious and come with drink making facilities plus a huge and very comfortable bed, making for a great stay. However, there seem to be some issues with applying basic principles of customer service, despite the welcome drink offered. The location is right in the center of beautiful Malham, perfect for enjoying the surroundings, whether in the lively beer garden in summer or cozying up near a real fire in winter. The dining experience, although at reasonable prices, might be a bit limited with just hot dogs offered. The hotel's facilities are good, adding to a decent overall stay.
